Why did not I receive answer regarding my question?
If you did not receive our answer by email within 2 working days, our email would be blocked by your email server. In that case, please use Q&A menu instead. A written article in Q&A section is visible only to you.

Transfer request was rejected.
After we take a request for domain transfer, we send an email to the domain's owner for confirmation. If a domain's owner does not answer the email or he/she does not get the email (like spam blocking), domain transfer request is automatically rejected. In that case, let the domain's owner send a confirmation by his/her own email to us next steps will proceed then.

How do I change ownership of a domain name to another person (company).
To change ownership to another person or company, you will need to send email which must include following information to us.

1. transferring your domain name
2. transferor¡¯s DomainCA ID
3. transferee¡¯s DomainCA ID

Your email address should be on the contact information of WHOIS.

I have lost my password.
If you have forgotten the password to your account, please click ¡°forgot password¡± and you are required to take following steps.

1. Fill out your ID and email address which should be identical with the contact information on DomainCA¡¯s file.
2. Click on ¡°Send E-mail to me¡± button.
3. We will provide you with a temporary password via email and it should arrive shortly.
4. After login by using a temporary password, you need to change your password.
5. For security reasons, the temporary password holds good for an hour so after the period, this password is no longer valid.

How do I change my email address.
You can fax us a request to change your email address.
This request should include a copy of photo ID.
State-issued photo identification cards and passports are acceptable.

What does Domain Status(Active/Lock/Hold/Redemption/pendingdelete) mean?
Active
This is the default status of a domain at registration time.
The domain can be renewed.

Lock
Locking a domain is for an additional step of security.
The domain cannot be modified, transferred or deleted.
The domain can be renewed.
Locking a domain is for an additional step of security.
If necessary, you can remove LOCK for your domain by clicking ¡°My domains¡± menu.

Hold
The domain can not be modified or deleted when in this status.
The domain can be renewed.

REDEMPTIONPERIOD
A domain name is placed in REDEMPTIONPERIOD status when a name is not renewed within the Add Grace Period.
The only action we can take on a name in REDEMPTIONPERIOD is to request that it be restored.
Unless restored, the domain will be held in REDEMPTIONPERIOD status for a specified number of calendar days and then the domain will be deleted.
The current length of this Redemption Period is thirty calendar days.

PENDINGDELETE
A domain name is placed in PENDINGDELETE status if it has not been restored during the Redemption Period.
A domain name is deleted from the registry database a specified number of calendar days after it is placed in PENDINGDELETE status.
The current length of this Pending Delete Period is five calendar days.
